Due to this significant business growth, we are seeking to hire an experienced administration professional to join the team to provide critical support to our Executive recruitment function, as well as providing a high-touch experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide high level administration to deliver efficient and effective support to our Executive Search consultants
- Updating and maintaining recruitment and candidate database (JobAdder)
- Organising and scheduling interviews
- Conducting reference checks
- Assisting the recruitment team with ongoing candidate care and account management
- Managing the recruitment mailbox and responding to telephone and email enquiries regarding active roles and other employment related services matters
- Assist with posting vacant positions online when required
- Assist with screening of resumes when required
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain credibility with candidates and clients
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail
- The ability to maintain consistently high levels of integrity, work ethic, confidentiality and discretion in a similar fast paced environment
- Self-motivation, resourcefulness and resilience, with a sense of humour!
- Demonstrated experience in administration, with strong organisational skills
