Camden Search and Selection is led by our Director, Charlie Cole. Charlie brings more than ten years’ experience in senior management and Executive recruitment and has developed extensive networks of senior clients and candidates in a broad range of sectors including Local, State and Federal Government, Healthcare, Aged Care and Not-for-Profit.
Charlie has made a number of high-profile appointments in his career who have gone on to truly revitalise their organisations. He has a keen eye for diversity, actively pushing clients to think outside the box when considering candidates.
Aside from his Executive recruitment experience, Charlie spent a significant period with a global leader in talent management and psychometric assessment. In this role he oversaw their Victorian, South Australian and Western Australian business and was involved with countless Executive leadership profiling projects for organisations across the Government and Commercial sectors. Particular expertise that Charlie brings from the use of these objective assessment tools is in the identification of high-potential internal applicants and the rigorous profiling of external candidates across a number of areas, such as behaviour, cognitive ability, situational judgement and Emotional Intelligence.
